Professional conduct notice

Rule 36 of the Bar Council of India Rules restricts advocates from soliciting work or advertising. This website is accessed voluntarily and is intended to provide permitted factual and general information. Nothing on it is an invitation, inducement, comparison, claim of superiority or assurance of a professional result.

Not legal advice or an engagement

Website content is general information. It does not account for all facts, evidence, limitation periods, local rules, court practice, amendments or adverse authority in a particular matter.

Viewing the site, sending a form, receiving an acknowledgement or using a generated draft does not create an advocate-client relationship. A brief is accepted only after conflict review and written confirmation. Do not delay obtaining advice or taking a required step because of website content.

No guarantee of accuracy or outcome

Reasonable care may be taken in preparing material, but completeness, currency, availability and suitability are not guaranteed. Courts, authorities and third-party systems control many outcomes and timelines. Past work, illustrative workflows, public case information or a generated answer must not be read as a promise of a similar result.

AI and citation verification

AI can generate incorrect facts, false quotations and non-existent authorities. Every generated citation, statute, deadline, mapping and legal proposition must be checked against an authoritative source and the complete record by a human advocate.

The Supreme Court of India in Pooja Ramesh Singh v. Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd., 2026 INSC 668, required zero tolerance for using AI-generated precedents without verification and retained human control at every stage. No automated output from this site is approved for filing merely because the system produced it.

Enquiries and sensitive information

An unsolicited enquiry may need to be read for conflict review and may not be privileged merely because it was sent to an advocate. Until the chamber confirms a safe channel, provide only the minimum information needed to identify the parties, forum, matter type and urgency. Do not send original evidence, passwords or prohibited identifying information through a general form.

External links and public records

Links, embedded maps, eCourts information, court websites and other third-party material are provided for convenience. Their owner controls availability, accuracy, security and terms. A link or reference is not an endorsement, and public case data should still be checked against the official record.

Responsibility preserved

To the extent permitted by law, the chamber is not responsible for action taken solely on general or unverified website content. This disclaimer does not exclude professional confidentiality, an advocate's duties to a client or court, or any liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded.
