The public website is supplied for general information and voluntary access. It is not an advertisement, solicitation or invitation to form an advocate-client relationship.

Viewing a page, sending an enquiry, uploading material or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not mean that the chamber has accepted a brief. Acceptance requires a completed conflict check and written confirmation by the advocate. A written engagement, vakalatnama, fee note or later instruction may contain additional terms and will control the professional engagement.

Do not use a website form as an emergency service or assume that it is monitored continuously. Contact the appropriate emergency service, court registry or competent authority where immediate protection or a statutory deadline is involved.

Law, court procedure, filing requirements and case status can change. Website material may be incomplete, delayed or unsuitable for a particular matter. Verify current primary sources, the record and the applicable forum rules before acting.

No outcome, listing date, response time, court decision or result is guaranteed by use of the site.

You must have authority to submit the information and documents you provide. Do not submit unlawful content, malware, another person's credentials, privileged material you are not authorised to share, or information that is excessive for the stated purpose.

You may use the site only for lawful personal, professional or chamber purposes. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, probe another user's data, disrupt the service, scrape protected records, impersonate another person or use generated material as a verified authority without checking it.

Unless a different owner is identified, the site design and original website content are controlled by the chamber. You may read, print or share a reasonable extract for personal information with attribution. These terms do not transfer ownership or permit commercial republication, removal of notices or misleading attribution.

Court judgments, statutes, rules, official forms and third-party materials remain subject to their own legal status and source terms.

Links, embedded maps, court services and provider integrations are offered for convenience. The chamber does not control their availability, accuracy, security or policies. A link is not an endorsement.

Features may be corrected, suspended or withdrawn for security, maintenance, legal or operational reasons. Data export and backup features should be used where available. Do not make the website the only copy of a deadline, filing, evidence item or client instruction.

To the extent permitted by law, the chamber is not responsible for loss caused solely by reliance on general website information, an unverified automated output, a third-party service or unauthorised use. Nothing in these terms excludes a professional duty, confidentiality obligation, statutory responsibility or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to any mandatory forum, territorial or subject-matter rule, disputes concerning website use will be addressed before a competent forum at Nagpur, Maharashtra.
